“Finding Balance in a Stressful World” (Mindfulness, Positive Psychology, Stress Reduction)
This workshop will provide an introduction to mindfulness and positive psychology. You will have a chance to try out different practices to see what might work best for you and your family in an effort to work toward living in the present and reducing stress.
The workshop will take place from 9:00 – 10:30 am in the Cafeteria. Coffee will be provided!
